Bakers note: These glazes work best with a stove-top popcorn popper but weve tried them with a nonstick skillet and they work perfectly. You have to be diligent in stirring and you will leave some of the glaze in the pan but it works. The advantage of the popcorn popper is that its easier to stir the popcorn, tumbling them through the coating and the glaze is more efficiently applied.
